Join us the morning of Wednesday, Sept. 8, for our annual Back To School Breakfast at The Graduate Hotel Lincoln. We’ll celebrate the work of Civic Nebraska, which creates a more modern and robust democracy for all Nebraskans.
We’re changing the civic landscape of our state by giving Nebraskans the opportunity and tools to get involved in their communities and empowering them to understand civic participation on all levels. During the 2021 Back To School Breakfast, Civic Nebraska will share successes across our eight Community Learning Centers around the state; highlight our program achievements at our newest site, Raymond Central; share Civic Nebraska’s youth and family impact across the turbulence that was the 2020-21 school year, and look ahead to what’s new with our programs for 2021-22.
Registration begins at 7:30 am and breakfast will be served at 8. There’s plenty of parking, including on-street metered options or across the street in the public parking garage at Seventh and Commerce.
