The 26th Amendment

The 26th amendment established the voting age at 18. It was passed by Congress on July 1, 1971, and was ratified by two-thirds of states after just two months. Joining Margaret for a discussion on the importance of youth voting is Haley Mazour, a junior at the University of Nebraska at Kearney.
