This scorecard is designed to provide a uniform way to evaluate whether a housing development will ultimately benefit our community and address its needs for affordable housing. We hope it is useful to our neighbors, city staff, and developers to fairly and uniformly assess proposed developments.
Collective Impact Lincoln developed the scorecard over the last year, in part because we heard from the community that a tool is needed to help evaluate proposed housing developments.
Dinner (vegan options included) and childcare will be provided.
