Do you live or work in one of Collective Impact Lincoln’s six focus neighborhoods? Do you have a great idea to make your block or neighborhood an even more welcoming place to live?
Collective Impact Lincoln mini-grants support tangible, meaningful change in neighborhoods through resident-led projects. Residents and organizations can apply for up to $500 to jump-start their neighborhood endeavors. Projects can be small in scope – a Little Free Library, for example – or larger, partnership-oriented projects. The main requirement is that the project brings benefit and value to your neighborhood and community.
The grants are available for projects in the Collective Impact Lincoln focus neighborhoods – Belmont, Clinton, Everett, Hartley, Near South and University Place. There is no deadline to apply. Those interested can apply for grants in three ways:
- By filling out our online form;
- By downloading the form and emailing it to email@example.com; or
- By printing the form and mailing it to Collective Impact Lincoln c/o Civic Nebraska. Our address is on the form.
Collective Impact Lincoln, launched in 2017, creates lasting and meaningful resident-led investment and positive change in six of Lincoln’s core neighborhoods. Through canvassing, community events, and our Community Builder Workshops, neighbors are examining their communities’ natural strengths and are taking up new ways to improve.
Collective Impact Lincoln is a partnership between Civic Nebraska, Nebraska Appleseed and the South of Downtown Community Development Organization.
