As our Development Coordinator, you’ll get to:

  • Gift Processing: Accurately process donations and ensure timely acknowledgments.
  • Data Entry: Maintain and update donor databases with precision.
  • List Segmentation: Craft targeted communications and fundraising appeals by segmenting lists.
  • Project Management: Coordinate and manage campaigns and stewardship activities.
  • Event Planning: Coordinate and manage fun events that raise support and celebrate Nebraskans strengthening democracy. 
  • And More: Dive into other exciting tasks as assigned, contributing to various initiatives and projects.

Compensation and Working Hours: 

We are looking for a Coordinator to work between 10-20 hours per week with a flexible hybrid schedule (both remote and at Civic Nebraska’s Lincoln HQ). Compensation will be determined based on experience of $15 to $25 per hour. This is a part-time non-exempt position.
