Packy Colgan is a long time advocate for social justice. He has been employed and volunteered in many different non-profits ranging from grief support to homeless services to public health. His work has been recognized by the Coca Cola Scholars Foundation and multiple departments within local governments and the University of Nebraska System.
Packy is a current student at the University of Nebraska at Omaha earning two degrees in Social Work and Economics with additional coursework in Data Science and Computer Science. He has served on the National Association of Social Workers Political Advocacy Committee and received academic honors for his original research, community advocacy and service to at-risk populations.
Packy will be serving as the Voting Rights Policy Organizer and is excited to be a member of the Nebraskans for Civic Reform team.
