Civic Missives

Happy Valentine's Day! Grab one (or several, or all) of our custom-made love notes for your sweetie, a fellow Nebraskan, or even that out-of-state friend who is represented by *two* state legislative chambers, for some odd reason. Civic Missives show how much you care about them – and our state, and our democracy!

No matter who you support in 2020, nothing will ever beat this ticket.

The noble honeybee anchors Civic Nebraska’s logo in part because it’s our state insect. Also, bee societies achieve via collective fact-finding, vigorous “debate,” and consensus-building. Sound familiar? Democracy, like honey, is sweet – just like you.

And Sen. Norris should know. He was a really good judge of character.

It takes teamwork to make the dream work.

Who doesn’t adore the Western Meadowlark? It’s Nebraska’s favorite lovebird.

And, if you must – here’s a valentine for that one friend of yours in Iowa.
