The noble honeybee anchors Civic Nebraska’s logo in part because it’s our state insect. Also, bee societies achieve via collective fact-finding, vigorous “debate,” and consensus-building. Sound familiar? Democracy, like honey, is sweet – just like you.


And Sen. Norris should know. He was a really good judge of character.


It takes teamwork to make the dream work.


Who doesn’t adore the Western Meadowlark? It’s Nebraska’s favorite lovebird.


And, if you must – here’s a valentine for that one friend of yours in Iowa.
