Turtle Island Earth Celebration is an educational program to promote STEAM through extended and enrichment learning time. We are creating conditions to work with youth to learn through stories – and to tell our stories. Turtle Island Earth Celebration is a Chautauqua of the humanities, visual arts, performing arts, and trans-disciplinary education. Every year, students co-create Turtle Island Earth Celebration through a Parade and Chautauqua. Today’s students are motivated to grow food, start their own businesses, and celebrate their community through living education.
