Welcome Kayla Schnuelle To Our Board of Directors!

Civic Nebraska is excited to announce our newest member of our Board of Directors, Kayla Schnuelle! Civic Nebraska is eager for Kayla to bring her experience working with young Nebraskans across the state and building leadership capacity among them to make our Kaylacommunities stronger, and we know she will be a great asset to our current Board of Directors.

Kayla works with young leaders, networks, generational leadership and the cross-sections between community and researchers, through Rural Futures Institute. She has a Master’s Degree in Leadership Education from the University of Nebraska- Lincoln and a Bachelors in Business Administration and Marketing.  Kayla’s work at the RFI has allowed her the opportunity to have a great network of colleagues and an opportunity to change the world one relationship at a time. A large piece of Kayla’s work is ‘connecting the dots’ but another part is engaging others in the work. Kayla lives on a farm near Diller where her and her husband have several agricultural businesses. They are blessed to have three boys, Lane, Samuel and Liam.

Please join us in welcoming Kayla to our board!
